We want to get a better and clearer idea of what's going on out there as far as you are concerned. We would like to know how you actually feel about your safety at concerts and music events - what makes you feel safe, comfortable and secure at an event and what makes you feel unsafe or uneasy? We'd also like to know whether or not people are getting injured at any events, either when getting in or out of the concert or when in the arena or anywhere else at the venue - and whether you are reporting incidents when you do suffer a mishap. What do you think about moshing, crowd surfing and stage diving - do you do it - does it bother you or do you think it's just part of the fun? Are concert organisers getting it right or not? do you get a response if you complain?

You can complete our questionnaire anonymously if you choose or you can submit your name - it's entirely up to you. Any information that you share with us will be used to collate information about how you feel about concert safety and will produce statistical information for safeconcerts. There will be nothing in the information produced that will identify any participant to any third party.
